This is our vision prime mover

We envision a world where diversity, equity, inclusion, and cohesion (DEIC) are championed as core principles that drive decision-making, policy development, and resource allocation; and where collaborative approaches anchored in systems thinking address complex societal challenges while upholding the views of underrepresented groups.

Here is our mission

From enabling access to integrated education for children in vulnerable situations; to creating and strengthening linkages between training and employment for youth; to amplifying diverse voices and fostering good practice, we leverage collective leadership and cooperative learning to foster positive youth development.

DEIC #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #Cohesion

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and cohesion (DEIC) are four mutually reinforcing principles which we strive to embody to catalyse the path ahead. Building on a demi-decade of experience in developing and implementing initiatives that unlock social value and expand the spectrum of opportunities, we provide expertise on DEIC-related aspects in a number of fields, spanning from migration and child protection, to intercultural communication and public service interpreting and translation (PSIT). See below to learn how we embrace DEIC.

DIVERSITY

Diversity constitutes our very essence and we understand it as the spice of life. If we all thought the same, nothing wouldn’t be left to learn. Diversity brings in new ideas and experiences, and in doing so, it fosters creativity, innovation, and growth. We embrace diversity and work on its enhancement to empower people to be their authentic selves and f(l)avor the world!

INCLUSION

When everyone feels like they are valued and respected members of society, they are more likely to be invested in the well-being of the broader community. Inclusion is essential for social cohesion because it helps create a sense of belonging and unity among individuals and communities.

EQUITY

Equity starts with acknowledging imbalances in social systems. Unlike equality, which often ignores underlying systemic issues, equity aims to distribute equal opportunities, accounting for preexisting barriers. We acknowledge that privilege impacts opportunity, and therefore we embrace equity so that everyone can thrive.

COHESION

Cohesiveness is a key factor in functioning societies. We think of cohesion as collectivism, which means that individuals, communities, and/or entities should work together as collaborative units rather than separate ones. Cohesion entails active commitment with working together despite our differences. It requires conscious connectedness and solidarity with those who need it most.
