BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION

Yes. Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation is an organization declared of public utility and adheres to Law 49/2002 on Tax Incentives for Patronage. Therefore, you can deduct all donations made as long as you complete the form with your personal information.

As a donor of Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation, you have the right to receive tax deductions for your donations on your income tax return*.

If you are an Individual (Personal Income Tax)

You can deduct 80% of the first €150 donated. For example, if you donate €150, the Tax Agency will refund you €120 in your tax return.

For donations exceeding the first €150, a 35% deduction will apply if it is your first donation to Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation, and 40% if you have donated in the two previous years to the foundation**. For instance, if you donate €300, you will deduct €172.50 on your tax return (€120 for the first €150 donated and €52.50 for the other €150) or €180 if you have also donated to Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation in the two previous years (€120 for the first €150 donated and €60 for the other €150).

If you are a Company (Corporate Income Tax)

You can deduct 40% on your corporate income tax return if you have donated in the two previous years to Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation, or 35% if you have only donated in this fiscal year. For instance, if you donate €300, you will deduct €120 if you have donated to Abrazando Ilusiones Foundation in the two previous years, and €105 if your donation in this fiscal year is your first to the foundation.
